Goodness knows we all make mistakes, some more easily fixed than others!  If you find you're not satisfied with what you've ordered, please contact us immediately for a return authorization code. The following policies apply:

Doll Costumes may be returned for any reason (heaven knows these girls can be picky when it comes to clothes!) so long as they are in the same perfect condition in which you received them.

Kits may be returned only if the pattern and materials are uncut.  If you have questions about a kit before using it, please drop us a line.  We've been sewing for a long, long, time and will be happy to help you through the hard parts!

Fabrics and trims, once cut, are yours.  The only exception to this is if we have misrepresented the quality and/or fiber content.

Patterns may only be returned for store credit.  This is unfortunate, since we want to be as fair as possible.  However, some people just will use that copy machine for evil purposes.  If you're one of these people, please shop elsewhere.  We catch on quickly, and can't afford to be taken advantage of.
